The Committee «Join EPP» is aware of your interest in how your personal data are used and it recognizes the importance of your privacy. In light of the new Regulation (EU) 679/2016 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), the Committee «Join EPP» has updated the Privacy Policy. The Policy explains in simple terms the essential points regarding the information we collect about you and the reasons why we process your Personal Data and your rights.

The Committee «Join EPP» is committed to protecting your personal data, indeed our goal is to protect them responsibly and transparently. We collect and process your data only for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy or for the specific purposes already shared with you and / or for which you have given your consent; if the personal data we collect is no longer necessary for any purpose and we are not required to keep it by law, we will do everything possible to delete, destroy or anonymize them; your personal data will not be shared, sold and disclosed to third parties.

We collect your personal data only to send you information about the activities which the Committee «Join EPP» carry out, to send you other communications, to respond to your requests or to contact you.
